Just one weekend before the upcoming Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance on Cockatoo Island on the 28th February to 2nd March there will be another amazing Concours d’Elegance taking place. The 21 Gun Salute Concours d’Elegance organised by the most generous of hosts Madan Mohan will take place at the Ambience Green Golf Club in Delhi in India on the 21st -23rd February.
The relationship between the 21 Gun Salute and Sydney Harbour Concours is a close one. Madan is returning once again to be a judge in Sydney whilst David Cohen from Canada and Stuart Field from the USA will again be judging at both events, whilst James Nicholls, Founder and Curator of the Sydney Harbour Concours will yet again be judging in Delhi whilst also acting as Master of Ceremonies at the 10th edition of the event in the Indian capital.
Due to its rooted culture, Indians truly believe in the valuable statement- Atithi Devo Bhavah – which means that we treat our guests as God. The 21 Gun Salute truly values the Host-Guest relationship as one of the most revered relationships, something which we endeavour to emulate in Sydney. The Tenth Edition of the show will offer not only a weekend of extravaganza on the 21-23rd feb 2025, but also an opportunity to experience the best of vintage & classic marques amidst history. The now, biennial and most tasteful and prestigious of motoring events in Asia, the 21 Gun Salute Concours d’ Elegance welcomes an extraordinary array of handpicked-rare historic cars to the show-field.
It should provide another magical and captivating edition for its visitors and guests, and several members of the Jury who will be rushing to the airport to make connecting flights to Sydney and passage from India!
