History’s Finest Cars

One stunning location and 33 heritage vehicles create a magical experience.

Across the spectacular three-day event – powered by Ferrari and supported by A.Lange & Söhne – guests explored the exquisite range of cars including a 1950 Bristol 402 and 1954 Muntz Jet.

Hosted at the Swifts mansion, guests enjoyed Pommery Champagne as they strolled the hedge-lined paths to soak in every detail of the 33 heritage cars.

A.Lange & Söhne Global CEO Wilhelm Schmidt explained the heritage German timepieces reflect the same fine craftsmanship of many classic automobiles.

“Most of them are handmade and, of course, it takes a lot of passion and love for the owners to maintain or restore the cars to the level you see here,” he said.

The winners of the distinguished motoring event were announced at a black-tie trophy gala dinner held at the Royal Automobile Club of Australia.
