Since its inception in 1962, RIAR’s constant commitment has been to promote the image and awareness of a legendary brand in Italy and around the world, becoming the official club of the company based in Milano in the Alfa Romeo Historical Museum building.
RIAR “Italian Alfa Romeo Registry” is pleased to be partner in the prestigious event “Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance 2026.”
The RIAR Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo Award will be presented at the eighth edition of the Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance to the “Most Authentic Alfa Romeo”, which has overcome the challenge of time according to the criterion of complete originality in all its details. A demonstration of Italian craftsmanship according to the values that count to Alfa Romeo and RIAR.
Vice President of RIAR, Renato Saglimbeni commenting on the relationship between the two organisations said, “We are delighted to continue this collaboration and tribute the Australian Alfa Romeo enthusiasts. For the 2026 edition, we would like to dedicate an award to the “Most Authentic Alfa Romeo” participating in the event assigned by your honorable Jury. By promoting knowledge and culture of restoration, RIAR’s task is also to guide members in proper restoration through our Technical Commission, which has a document archive of great historical importance and is one of the cornerstones of RIAR with consolidated and proven experience.
