The Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance is of course heaven sent for any car lover of any period from the last 120 years featuring as it does a host of wonderful motors cars including prewar Bugattis, Australian prewar coachbuilt cars, a plethora of Porsche Speedsters and the iconic Porsche 917/30, a stunning Lamborghini Miura fresh from Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este, beautiful Jaguars and Mercedes, fine Bentleys, and Rolls-Royces and many more, coming from as far afield as the UK, Canada, France, Italy and all corners of Australia.

The event, the leading one of its kind in the southern hemisphere, is also supported by a tremendous range of vehicles from the world’s leading luxury makers of motor cars and new energy vehicles including McLaren, Aston Martin, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo which is exhibiting for the first time in 2025.

Not only will Alfa Romeo be exhibiting some of its latest offerings but there are also two amazing Alfa Romeos in the Concours itself. Once again Dr Umberto Galloni has returned from San Marino, this year bringing his lovely 1948 Alfa Romeo 6C Sport Freccia d’Oro with known history from new all the way from Italy, and which at the end of last year was the winner at the Mille Miglia China Experience.

Another truly great Alfa Romeo to be gracing the concours stage will be the 1933 6C 1750 GS by the legendary master coach builder Joseph Figoni. The streamlined teardrop designed car was first shown at the 1933 Paris Motor Show on the Alfa Romeo stand before being awarded the ‘Prix d’Honneur’ at the 1934 Monte Carlo and Nice concours d’elegance. In 2012 after a painstaking restoration back to original specifications it won it class, the Coppa d’Oro and the Bets in Show at the fabulous Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.

And to top it all off, the Sydney Harbour Concours d’Elegance will be run under the patronage of the Registro Italiano Alfa Romeo International Club, and the Automotoclub Storico Italiano!
