Ticket and Entry – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating in a Sydney Harbour Concours event. Before purchasing a ticket or product from Sydney Harbour Concourse (ABN: 68 690 621 035), hereafter known as SHCE, I acknowledge I have read and understood the following conditions:

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess an event ticket you automatically agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and any other Terms and Conditions displayed at the entry to the event, event activities, experiences or shows. For minors (any person under 18 years of age), the ticket purchasing adult warrants they have parental or guardian authority to accept these terms on behalf of any minor attending the event in their care.

If you do not agree with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations listed here, please do not purchase tickets or enter our event premises.

For the purposes of below a “Child”, or “Children” is anyone aged between 2 years and 12 years. An “adolescent” is anyone aged 13-17 years of age inclusive. An “adult” is anyone aged 18 and over. An “infant” is a “babe in arms” aged up to 2 years old.
